Our Services

Before and after of residential entryway.

Pressure washing involves running water at high pressure to remove organic growth such as mold, algae, and mildew on concrete, stone, and brick surfaces.

Oftentimes, we will apply a pre or post treatment of sodium hypochlorite (also known as bleach) to help break down organic growth which allows us to clean deeper into a surface resulting in a deeper, longer lasting cleaned surface.

Before and after of concrete patio.

Depending on the concrete or flatwork we will apply a pre or post treatment of sodium hypochlorite to aid in removing organic growth. We will use a mix of a surface cleaner and tips to blast the organic away.

An important note is that substances such as oil, grease, rust, and other non-organic stains will not be removed this way. Special chemicals are required to remove non-organic material.

Before and after of vinyl home siding.

With property siding we will almost always utilize soft washing to remove organic growth. This is to help ensure we do not cause damage while cleaning.

We take care to use the necessary property protection practices to ensure materials and plants are not harmed by the presence of sodium hypochlorite. If we are at fault for any damage we will make it right.

Soft washing is a low pressure application of water, sodium hypochlorite, and soap followed with a short dwell time for the organic growth to be eliminated from the surface. We then rinse with fresh water to wash off all chemicals and organic growth.

This method is used to clean surfaces such as property sidings and roofs. We soft wash these surfaces to ensure that we are not causing damage to your property but still leaving it sparkling.

Before and after of commercial building entrance.
Before and after of sofit and gutters.

Roofs will often have a buildup of organic growth which overtime can decrease its lifespan and integrity which may require a full replacement. This growth is most likely to occur where a roof receives less sunlight and most likely to be damp. This organic growth can be eliminated with soft washing. Pressure washing a roof will cause significant damage.

Gutters are always soft washed when we clean a property's siding, however, there may be streaking on the gutters that is not eliminated through soft washing. This requires a degreaser and scrubbing to remove it.

Before and after of wood fence.

When cleaning wood surfaces such as fences and decks we apply a chemical that penetrates the wood and after some dwell time we will pressure wash the surface.

We take care to go with the grain of the wood and use the correct tips from a distance that will not cause damage to the wood, instead leaving behind a transformed wood surface.
